You will NEVER get your refund on a return... :(

Oh my gosh... the items are received in a timely manner and are cute but IF YOU ARE EVEN A BIT UNSURE ABOUT YOUR SIZE, do NOT order from them!! I ordered a bikini that with duties ended up being $394. For ONE bikini. Which is fine - it looked cute, I bought it. It was cute but huge so returned it with UPS tracking and it has been almost 5 weeks since returning it and no refund. Like everyone here says, same canned "We're SO popular and SO busy we'll get to you as soon as we can!" email. NO personal contact, no help. I called and requested a refund finally. The friendly guy said "sure! Within 3 days." Guess what? No refund. I have had to go through paypal now and waste more time. I hate to do this but I am sad b/c I used to love buying their clothing in Naples, FL... but never again.

Trash customer service

Trash customer service. Sent 14 emails and got the same ‘pre-written’ reply for every one of them. Called and spoke with representative, they did not do what they promised. Worst customer service in US apparel market.

Would give zero stars if it was…

Would give zero stars if it was possible. They refuse to reply to customer service emails, after I recieved a damaged item in the mail.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Won’t answer phones or emails! Canceled my order on me after I placed my order online for a week and won’t refund my money to my credit card! Why anyone buys from these suckers is beyond me!

Terrible customer service order several…

Terrible customer service order several pieces over a month ago. And still haven’t received them! As soon as I bought my items they went on sale 30% off I’ve emailed 3 times and called with no answer from customer service and been on hold for 20 minutes to try and speak with someone to no avail. I will NEVER shop here again and will tell others not to waste their time and money!!!!!! And yes as another wrote for the Love that is all good in the world change that terrible music! It is a form of punishment dealing with y’all in the first place and then on top of it to have to listen to such horrific music!!!

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered several shirts on June 4th. Today is the 21st and my order has yet to ship, but that’s not the worst part. I have emailed them, no response. I have called them MULTIPLE times, waiting on hold for an hour just to try to talk to someone and can’t get anyone on the phone. I have even tried contacting them through their Facebook to try to get ahold of someone about my order! I bought several items, some being birthday gifts which I thought surely would be here in plenty of time at the time of my order but now most likely won’t make it in time. This is the first bad review I have ever left for a company because it has been the worst experience ever. Absolutely ridiculous that a place this big and well known has such horrible customer service.

DO NOT EVER EVER PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, NOT FROM THEIR CATALOGE OR ONLINE. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, NO MATTER THE TIME OF DAY YOU ARE CALLING. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR EMAILS. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY AND WE ARE TALKING BIG MONEY.

i have spent the better part of three…

i have spent the better part of three weeks trying to communicate with their return dept but all you get is useless emails that all say the same thing, no one answers their phones at customer service. i got ahold of someone once, they gave me a number to call after i looked something up and the number is no good. this company sucks at customer services. all i heAR IS SONGS THEY PLAY.

I placed an order for three items which…

I placed an order for three items which were to be a birthday gift. After ordering, the ship date changed. Ok, I tried to be patient and understanding of that occurrence. I then received an email that two of the three items had been shipped. I called customer service to inquire about the third item. I was told it was on back order and she didn’t know when it would be available. As this was for a birthday gift and it apparently was not going to make it in time I asked her to cancel it. She put me on hold and when she came back told me she had canceled it. A few days later I received an email stating two of the items I had actually received had been canceled. I called customer service again and after being on hold (listening to the ridiculous hold music)for ten minutes or more was told the item had actually not been canceled and had shipped. First, too late. I do not need the shirt. Secondly, even though I will receive credit for the shirt upon returning it, with all the technology available today I feel spending an accumulated time of an hour either on hold or speaking with customer service is not good PR for a company. I do like their products and will continue to order from them. My hope is that vineyard vines will spend a greater effort training their customer service people and get their act together on cancellations. This has turned out to be a time consuming and frustrating purchase. I hope my next one goes much smoother. And PLEASE change your on hold music! 😂

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at VineyardVines?

A:

I got in touch with them very easy. They just weren't friendly when I asked why they hadn't sent me anything stating that they had cancelled it and then said they hadn't charged me for it when they most definitely did charge me for the item
